  1. Do you accept returns?
    If item you have purchased is faulty, we will exchange it at no cost to yourself. We do not accept return of belts. This is because each belt is generally made to order. Any other returns will attract 10% re-stocking fee. Shipping fee is not refundable. Any exchange (other than ones due to our fault) will attract $10.00 shipping fee (for shipping in Australia). Shipping to other countries will be calculated at the time of shipping. We treat each return individually. Please contact us for further instructions before sending an item back. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any item. In case where refund is due, we will credit your original payment method.
    There will be no refunds if you specified wrong or incomplete shiping address. Normally, those parcels will eventually be returned to us by Australia Post and we will re-send them to the right address at a cost of $10 within Australia or original shipping fee for customers outside of Australia.
  2. I ordered wrong size. What now?
    We trust you read the belt sizing notice notice in large red font on the order confirmation page. We are sorry, but we do not exchnange or accept returns of the belts. If you need your belt shortened, generally any shoe repairer in your area can do that.
